Paul Hodgkinson, District Councillor for Churn Valley

Leader of the Liberal Democrat group on Cotswold District Council

Cllr Paul Hodgkinson

Paul has lived in the Churn Valley since 2003 and in the Cotswolds as a whole since 1989.

He is Director of his own small business which has been running successfully for the last 7 years.

Paul was first elected to Glos County Council in 1993 and, after a break from local government, was elected to Cotswold District Council for the Churn Valley Ward in May 2007.

His priorities in the Churn Valley have been and still are:

  • Fighting to save vital local services like post offices
  • Campaigning for safer roads and lower speeds along the A435, A436 and Leckhampton Hill,
  • Promoting a safer cycle and walkers route between Stratton and Rendcomb.
